Hello fellow adventurers! I wanted to post this article up as I found it super intriguing. Enjoy!

Michael Campbell: You mentioned communication with weather and animals, is that something that’s easy to learn or would it take a lot of training?

Serge King: The main training it takes is trust. The communication is therefor all of us, it’s a natural human thing except that different cultures train us out of it and so that’s the real problem. Someone asked me once how do you talk to the wind, and I told them to say ‘hello wind’. It’s that simple, but you have to listen and feel and trust. Basically, in my tradition, we make friends with nature.

Michael Campbell: Then you don’t force or influence it, you just ask it to come play?

Serge King: It works so much better that way.

Michael Campbell: This idea of weather influence is intriguing. How do you do that in a practical way?

Serge King: In a practical way it’s like working with a friend, you have to become aware of the potentials. Let’s say you’re working with a storm and you can do this either by a telepathic approach, if you want to call it that or a deeper approach.
We use a term from Robert Heinlein called ‘grokking’, it means to, it’s almost like shapechanging or becoming one with something, so that you know it from the inside. At any rate you become aware of what the potentials are, you can’t make it do whatever you want, you have to find out what it’s able and willing to do, and then you kind of nudge it in a direction that is for human beings at least safer and better than the one it’s going in.

Michael Campbell: Wow, I bet some of the folks in Florida wish they could do that just now!

Serge King: Well we’ve been working our best and we have people who do that and work with it.

Michael Campbell: Really?!

Serge King: Oh yeah, but again it’s not something you can control, you can modify the outcome very often, and so make it less than it might have been. If it’s bent on going in a particular direction, you may not be able to change that, lets say the amount of rainfall or the speed of the wind or something like that.

Michael Campbell: That’s really interesting. You mentioned communicating with animals, is that done in the same way?

Serge King: Same kind of way.

Michael Campbell: Then do you establish a degree of energetic rapport with an organism for example your pet?

Serge King: Interestingly it’s the same process when you’re working with healing the body. One of the concepts is everything is alive, so you treat everything in the same way.

Michael Campbell: Presumably you’re assuming that most things in nature have a degree of sentience or consciousness to them?

Serge King: Our assumption is that it all does. It’s not the same as humans, it’s different, but it’s all sentient in some way.

Michael Campbell: Huna is a very broad subject and it touches on many interesting psychological fields. Huna has some pure and simple manifesting processes. Could you give us an overview of how the Kahuna viewed the process of using manifesting in day to day life?

Serge King: Well the primary thing is to do with what we call the third principle. Now Huna is based on seven ideas about life, what we call the principles, and the third one says that energy flows where attention goes. So that the primary process is learning how to focus, and because once you begin to focus on something more of your energy goes in that direction.

You begin energising what you’re focusing on and you begin attracting other energies that’s related. See going along with that of course, if you focus with lets say friendship, love, compassion, interest, appreciation, any of those kind of things, you get a better flow, a better effect, and the other thing is, the third thing that’s very important would be to reduce doubt.

We call that the backdoor to confidence. When you have no doubt what is left is confidence. For confident expectation, what you do is reduce doubt.

Michael Campbell: How do you go about doing that then?

Serge King: Stop it (laughs). I know that sounds too simple to most people but that’s what it consists of. If it begins you stop it, as many times as it takes and switch over into as best you can a positive expectation.

Michael Campbell: Could you give me a step-by-step walkthrough of how you would go about doing that? For example if you wanted to manifest more business or develop a new relationship.

Serge King: Sure. First step is to decide what you want. And keep your focus on that, not on what you don’t want. So you decide what you want, you begin focusing on that, and begin focusing means that you use everything that you have.

You think about it, you plan for it, you imagine experiencing it, you if necessary and if it works for you, you write about it, you have reminders about it, you make it your interest and your love, and this can be something simple so that it doesn’t have to take a long time, or it can be something if it’s something major then major things take more energy.

So emotion is a form of energy and if you can get positively emotional about it that’s a benefit, so you decide on it, you focus on it, you energise it, and you expect it.

In this article I’m going to cover how to use Huna for psychic self defense. Enjoy

There are both positive and negative energies in the universe, both of which are harnessed by different people for different purposes. The former being a good thing used for positive uses, the latter being used by black magic practicioners and the like to try and control other people’s minds for their own ill conceived plans.

Keeping in mind that all living things in the world are connected in psychic communication you can see how one could be vulnerable to an attack along these lines. Left unprotected one can become negatively affected by those people with negative intentions.

‘Bad luck’ or ‘accidents’ can indeed be attributed to negative psychic attacks from people suffering from the ravages of hate, jealousy, and other extreme negative emotions.

If you find yourself suffering from these things, or just feeling ‘out of sorts’ or doing things that aren’t usually in your nature to do, perhaps it’s time to raise your ‘psychic shields’.

Here is something that you may want to try.

First, get comfortable in a seated position.

Imagine a stream of refreshing water being poured down into your being from your higher self which is locaed about five feet above you. Visualize this pure water washing down through your entire body, cleaning out any negative energy of any sort that is in your system. Imagine this healing water becoming clouded with this negative energy as it absorbs it. Stay with this process until it’s a pure stream, having washed away all evil from inside you.

Now take as many slow, deep breaths as you feel you need to integrate this process with your body, after all the breath is the conduit of life or prana.

Imagine this pranic energy via the breath building up in your solar plexus chakra in the form as a super charged white or silver sphere.

Next imagine this sphere of pranic energy powering up from the solar plexus and going up and out of your head to create a large white sphere. Know that this sphere is a total blockade to any negativity.

Now visualize yourself surrounded by this sphere of positive power, creating a sacred space of total lightness and wholeness.

Next, use whatever verbal statement you feel works best for you personally to set an intention that you are fully forever safe in this sphere of positive energy, that all negativity is gone and can never enter again, and that you are in total control of your health and wholeness forevermore.

Give thanks to your higher self for the assistance given with this endeavor.

Repeat this exercise daily until you feel it ‘takes’ though the intention can be set by going through the process if you believe it will.

Now you have a Huna psychic self defense shield up and running! Know that it’s there and act accordingly in your life!

Huna is a compilation of such a large amount of ancient wisdom, in this article, I will talk about the first principle of this spiritual practive: IKE, the world is what you think it is.

Imagine that your life is a movie, it is time to become the conscious director of that movie.

Now use your mind to imagine that you send your ‘life script’ to three separate directors.

Director #1 is infamous for making dark movies with drab colors.

Director #2 is well known for his skilled use of surreal special effects and vibrant colors.

Director #3 is famous for creating films that have an ephemeral, dreamlike movies.

That one script you sent, although it’s only one single copy, will turn into three very different movies from each of the three directors right?

This is a great metaphor for what happens in our real life. Events are neutral, generally speaking. It is our personal filters that given them meaning.

This is what the first principle is based upon, the world is what you think it is.

If you have a ‘dark filter’ you’re going to view the general events of your life in a dark manner and the opposite would be true if you have a ‘light filter’ etc.

Before writing this off as polyana or newage hogwash, ask your inner self of the truth of this. Go deep. What do you hear?

Isn’t your life, and everyone else’s life around you proof positive of this?

I suppose one could get into a chicken/egg sort of argument here. ‘I don’t have a dark perspective, dark things happened first and I’m just viewing them as is.’

But are you? What do you have to lose by performing an experiment with yourself. Try readjusting your personal filter and seeing how things change for you.

I hope you enjoyed this quick overview of the first principle of huna!

The long revered practice of huna comes from the mysterious, ancient land we know as Hawaii. It provides an incredible system of practicies that can truly create miracles for the one using it. Your mind has amazing powers to create on the physical plane, wether that is for a physical healing, monetary gain, or whatever else you desire. This incredible system teaches you how to do that.

It all starts with trust in your higher self. Think of it this way. Here on earth you have a rather limited perspective, but your higher self has what I like to think of as a ’30,000 foot perspective’ seeing very far ahead, behind, and all around you and your current life situation. This gives your higher self the ability to guide you and offer you help if you but ask. And this guidance is something you could never access without this 30,000 foot view.

So first and foremost believe in your connection with your higher self, and that this aspect of you has the answers and is more than willing and able to help you when you ask.

Second, is the asking process itself. Unrequested intervention is not possible, so the asking is necessary, though oh so easy!

Third is taking action on the guidance provided, trusting in that 30,000 foot view mentioned above.

This is one of the cornerstones of the practice of huna.

Huna is a ancient system that comes from Hawaii. It means ‘secret’

It is a combination of a healing science and art alongside spiritual evolution.

Some speculate it’s even as old as thirty-five thousand years old!

It is a way of clearing old limiting beliefs and developing a positive mindset in order to create the kind of life that you truly want and deserve.
In this tradition there are three aspects of the self. The lower, middle, and higher self.

The lower self is located in the solar plexus area of the human body and is tied into the subconscious mind. It’s also correlated with our feelings and emotions. It takes commands from the conscious middle self.

The middle self is located in the head and is related to the conscious mind. This is what most of us use most of the time in our day to day ‘normal’ lives.

The higher self is located five feet above the head, connected by a silver cord, and is related to our super conscious mind. This is the most enlightened part of our being. With the ability of a ’30,000 foot view’, our higher self has almost unimaginable abilities to help solve our problems and help us to manifest what we want…if we would only ask it. This being because it will never intervene without being asked.

These three selves are connected by an invisible cord that Kahuna (initiates of huna training) call Aka-Cord.

As with any connected spiritual system, this one is focused on life force energy which is channeled through the breath or ‘mana’.

This life force energy or ‘prana’ is the magical substance that we can use to empower our manifestations whatever they are. It is first breathed in by the middle self (our conscious mind) and then in turn is transferred above to the super conscious higher self by way of the lower self which converts it.

Overall huna is a beautiful system full of power that integrates mind, body, and spirit.
